If we don't get surprised a very famous waterfall of Mussoorie in Utrakhand as Campty Fall also exits in Nawada district in Bihar where we get such the coolness of Mussoorie and Kashmir too in the warmest month of May-June.
I witness and experience two times in my life when I get a complete relax after taking a cool bathe in the falling spring of Kakolat,a waterfall located at Nawada district in Bihar. After the division of Bihar Jharkhand in 15th of November 2000 it claims only and only to be one and the best and mostly visited waterfall in Bihar.
Travel distance from Biharsharif to Kakolat is about 69 km.
Located around 150 km away from Patna in the Ektara forest of Govindpur block of Nawada the Kakolat waterfall is the part of Lohbar river which flows into Bihar from the hilly area of Hazaribagh in Jharkhand.
According to the legend of Indian Hindu mythological story of Treta Yuga epoch once a king was cursed by a Rishi and had to live in Kakolat forest after being a pathon. When the Pandavas were wondering to and fro in their exile they visited this place and the accursed king got salvation from damnation by the great Pandavas. The king after getting ride of curse proclaimed that one who will take the bathe in the holy waterfall will not get the yoni of snake in his complete life circle. It is mentioned and well understood in our Hindu mythology that everyone has to come across 84 lakh yoni in one's life. That is why the people are highly interested to take at least a bathe in the Kakolat waterfall.
