The Hypothalamus and the Pituitary Gland are located in the brain help control the Thyroid Gland. The Hypothalamus releases Thyrotropin Releasing Hormone (TRH),which stimulates the Pituitary Gland to release TSH.
The thyroid is a small ,butterfly-shaped gland located near the throat makes hormones that regulate the way your body uses energy.
TSH stands for Thyroid Stimulating Hormone.
TSH level chart 
Male. Age 51-70. Normal 0.5 - 4.59 mIU/L (mili-international units per liter)
Male. Age.71 - 90.Normal 0.4 - 5.49 mIU/L
Female. Age.18 - 29.Normal 0.4 - 2.34 mIU/L 
Female. Age.30 - 49.Normal 0.4 - 4.0 mIU/L
T3, Triiodothyronine is one of two major hormones. produced by Thyroid Gland.
Level of T3 (55 Years) test in adults range between 100 - 200 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL)
T4, is another one hormone Thyroxine. produced by Thyroid Gland.
Level of T4 (55 Years ) test in adults range from 5.0 to 12.0 micrograms per deciliter.

A. Hyperthyroidism :  is too much production of  thyroxine. 
A low level THS  but T4 is high indicates Hyperthyroidism.
Symptoms : Unexpected weight loss, But appetite भूख .more. Heart Beat  fast. Gynecomastia (Male).Gastric, Stool frequency. Hair Falls. Protruding eyes. Fatigue. Irregular mensuration. Sweating and irritability.

B. Hypothyroidsm : When  the thyroid remains inactive does not produce enough thyroid horomon referred as Hypothyroidsm.
A high TSH level and low T3 T4 indicates a primary  Hypothyroidsm.
Somewhere it might be a high TSH level but common T3 and T4 level.
