Country’s Second World's third glass floor bridge will be opened shortly for a Sky Walk in Rajgir.

We and you must have heard about this glass bridge many times. It has been felt by all of us to walk on such a sky bridge and get experience anew. Now there is no need to go far for this, the Government of Bihar has built a sky over bridge in the international tourism city Rajgir.
The world’s first Glass Sky Bridge. This glass bridge is the copy of the Chinese Glass Sky Bridge in Jhau Province China at 120 meter hight claims the world’s first Glass Sky Bridge. As earlier we have heard too about the world's first glass bridge made in Zhangjiajie National Park in the northwest of China, which is 730 meters in length. It is designed to caary upto 800 visitors at a time and was opened for tourists in 2016.
Bihar's first glass bridge in Rajgir : Come to Rajgir spend a few days here, Bihar's first glass bridge in Rajgir is going to be built in Rajgir Zoo Safari a dream project of CM Nitish Kumar. As he has his keen observations over the all Rajgir projects to draw the attention of national and international tourists from each nook and corner. And soon it will be open for all tourists by March-April 2021.
It is completely made of glass and steel. This bridge is 85 feet long and 6 feet wide. Walking on this bridge will be a thrilling experience. While walking on it people will feelt themselves somewhat floating in the air. This is the first bridge in Bihar and the second in the country.
The country's first glass bridge is in Poling in Sikkim while parallel glass bridge of Laxman Jhula is being constructed in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
Soon the nature zoo safari Ragjir will draw many of the tourist’s more attraction from the different parts of world in coming days. Tourists will start coming from India and other countries to visit this international tourist spot Rajgir especially to enjoy the sky walk over the world’s second, county’s second and Bihar's first Glass Sky Bridge.

Zoo Safari Park : It is under our knowledge the work of encompassing Zoo Safari Park is under progress for worth coasting 177 crore and at the verge of completion shaping alike Jim Corbet Nainital. Inside the zoo safari tourist, will enjoy moving wild animals along with a walking over the wide Glass made Sky Bridge based on German technique. They will enjoy the nature safari. Indeed this walk will be a thrilling one and will give a wide angle of Zoo Safari. In Zoo Safari many natural huts like bamboos huts, tree houses are made for the visitors would be attractions in the coming years where tourist can stay.
Nature Safari : Probably it is a place in Zoo Safari Park from the specific points people would enjoy the beauty of nature and valley. Its coasting is about 19 crore.

The same glass bridge is almost ready in Bihar's international tourism city of Rajgir and 20-25 persons can have a walk at a time. This bridge is built in the dense forests of Rajgir which is part of the Rajgir Nature Safari and this safari is likely to be operational by March 2021.
Seeing the depth from the glass floor, we will feel too much thrilled in ourselves in being in a fix walk or not to walk.
A dream project of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar : Really this is the another dream project of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, in Rajgir to have a concept of a Nature Zoo Safari Park has been developed. Earlier was the concept of Ghoda Katora Lake which is still under promotion and progress linked with Ganga project.
And it is being completed at war level in ancient Magadh capital city Rajgir, Bihar in such a way to generate the more revenue through the tour-tourism so that tourists coming here can stay for more than two-four days. Under the Zoo Safari there is a

Where to celebrate the 1st of January.

This day i.e. 31st December completes the second decade of 21st century. The year 2020 proved to be a year of many events. Beginning of the year saw the spread of the deadly pandemic COVID-19, a highly infectious disease which infected crores of people across the world while several lakhs of people lost their lives.
But the proverb 'every cloud has a silver lining' proved to be right and new rays of hope in the form of vaccines gave the people some feelings of relaxations. But even in the shadow of pandemic people did not forget to celebrate.
They celebrated their festivals like Durga Puja, Deepawali, Chhath, Eid, Christmas etc. The people of Nalanda district and its district headquarters are no exception to it. They celebrated their festivals and even visited hotels and restaurants and sweets shops with their families and friends.
Hotels and Pizza Huts : Their centre of attractions were some famous hotels and restaurants and sweet shops like Shagun, Hot Kathmandu, Hot and Cold, Nalanda Misthan Bhandar, Agrawal's Sweets House and Lucky 's Fast Food Corner. People were seen appreciating Chicken Lollipop of. Lucky' s Fast Food Corner. Certainly people will gather in the hotels and different pizza soaps like Laziz Pizza House.

Hiranya Parwat : only the place for celebration and maintaining social distance : Though due to the guidelines of the state and central governments parks and other public places are closed for celebration the 'Hiranya Parwat' may prove to be the centre of attraction for new year celebration. Hiranya Parwat is in Bihar Sharif and has historical importance. We will see it's historical importance in some other articles. The nature around it with its sun rising and setting point always allures us many a time.

Shiv Temple : Devotees also visit the Shiv temple located at the tip of the Hiranya Parvat for being blessed by Lord Shiva and Hanumana. From this temple side tourists also gather to experience the sunrise and the complete view of town.
Dhnaeshwar Gaht Temple : always draws the attraction of many devotees of the town at the dawn of new year. It is alike Mahveer Temple Patna.
Mani Baba and Sant Baba Ashram : People may also move towards the khanqahs ashrams of Sufis and Sadhus like Mani Baba, Makhdoom Baba, Jalali Baba and Sant Baba that remain inside and outside the town.
Possibility of future Panchane River Front : Days will come when a natural but man made lake will be made in the basin of Panchane River front will be next attraction for passers near by the highway Biharsharif - Bodhgaya.

Over the years, the facilities at this holy city have increased manifold, thus inviting huge congregation of not only the Buddhists but the followers of the principles of Buddhism. From October to February of the successive year, there is huge congregation of devotees and the tourists in Bodhgaya. Not only the common devotees throng to the holy city but their spiritual leaders too come here to offer prayers. The annual visit of Dalai Lama would certainly prove to be a boon for Bodhgaya and its people, in terms of opportunity to be developed as a world class tourist place and creating livelihood opportunity for the locals as well. How to reach Bodhgaya : Bodhgaya is well connected by road, rail and air. Tourists can find train route for Gaya from anywhere in India. From Gaya railway station Bodhgaya is just 13 kilometres towards south. Similarly, Bodhgaya is just few kilometers north of the Grand Trunk (GT) road that connects almost every part of India by road. Air travel facility is also available from Gaya international airport for international destinations like Bangkok, Colombo, Paro, Myanmar and others by scheduled and the charter flights. I had the opportunity to stay in this area for almost six years. There is also a huge ground popularly called Morhabadi ground which is a very happening place as exhibitions, political rallies and many more functions are use to take place regularly over there. So lots of luxury hotels, banquet halls, a huge football and Hocky stadiums have come up and adding beauty to it.
In this area there is a very scenic small hill which is standing at the height of about 300 feet is called Morhabadi hill is a prominent tourist’s stopover, from where people use to watch beautiful scenes of Sun rise and Sun set which are very captivating and attract all types of visitors round the year.
A long history behind it : But before Tagore hill become a popular hangout place, It has long history related to eminent poet and Nobel laureate Rabindra Nath Tagore,
whose elder brother Jyotindra Nath Tagore settled here in 1912, after the death of his wife, Kadambari Devi and built a small house named Shanti Dham and a monument named Brahama Sthal, designed like canopy at the top of the hill where he use to meditate. Later in 1925 he died. So in this way this hill named and popularly called Tagore hill. It is also surrounded by the centre of Divyayan and Agrarian Vocational Vocational Institute along with the Ramkrishna Ashram at its base.

When I was residing in this place I use to climb at the hill and see the enchanting views of the Ranchi city from top of it. Views of the Ranchi city are so mesmerizing that I shot many frames of this hill as well as views of the city from top of this hill. This is a very nice place to spend leisure but picnicking is prohibited as people use to litter the place.
Rock Climbing : Youngsters who are adventure lovers and rock climbers also come over there to climb on this hill off way and practice rock climbing and different types of sports. Some morning walkers also come and climb at the top of the hill and do exercises. This hill in Ranchi is regarded as one of the popular tourist destinations of this city as it is one of the prominent geographical features adding beauty to this city. The glimpse of the surrounding areas from the top of the hill is very appealing to the people visiting this place.
Due to Its connection with Rabindra Nath Tagore’s elder brother Jyotindra Nath Tagore, the splendid beauty and views of this hill attracts all type of visitors from far off places and abroad.

Distance :Tourists can reach there by hiring taxis, rickshaws, auto rickshaws which can be hired from any place of the city.
This popular scenic place is about 10 Kms from Ranchi railway station,15 Kms from Birsa Munda Airport Ranchi, 12 Kms from Khadgara bus stand and 4 Kms from Firayalal Chowk.

Bhadrakali Temple : A Place Of Trust And Divine Blessing
Dr. Amit Kumar Sinha / Hazaribagh. Jharkhand is adorned with not only rich amount of flora and fauna but also several places of religious significance. Among these sights of faith and grace, Bhadrakali temple situated at Itkhori stands top in list of places counted from religious and cultural perspectives .
Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism converge here giving a great and unique glory to this place. Mother of mothers Bhadrakali symbolises mountainous faith. She is well- known as a protector from all evils. The idol of goddess carved out in precious black stone is a grand feature of this place. Devotees from every part of the country visit this temple seeking health, safety, wealth and children. All empowering divine is believed not to disappoint any one. None returns empty-handed from the door of mother. Couples suffering from disgrace of having no children come to the door of the divine mother praying for a child . It is said that such prayers echo in the premises of the temple .Great mother entertains such prayers.
Mahatma Budh , the founder of Buddhism,is believed to have spent some days after leaving his home in quest of peace. The name of the place is associated with him. During his stay here ,he was visited by his mother and relative. They came here searching him .They pressed Budha to return. But, when Budha refused to return, his mother uttered the word 'it khoi'. From this word ,the name Itkhori developed.
Tenth tirthankar of Jainism Sheetalnath in addition to the above points, is believed to have been here. The excavation carried out in 2012,unearthed several evidences confirming nice confluence of three religions at this place.
On the occasion of new year, people come to this place to have a blessing of love and success for whole year.

I visited Almora twice in my life. Once in 2008 and again in 2015 while I was going to Kausani from Nainital. Both times I passed through the highway having a bird's eye view over Almora at 1600 meters altitude. I remember while passing through Almora my driver was playing a very popular song of a film Aandhi 1974 Ek Mode Se Jaate Hain...
Really I was the passer that time but second time in 2015 I was coming back from Kausani I stayed there for 3 to 4 hours.

Distance and how to reach : The tour starts from Godkhali Ferry Ghat which is approximately 85 to 90 kilometres from the metro city Kolkata.
From Godkhali one has to take a Boat / launch to travel to his hotel at different islands. Main islands are Gosaba, Sajnekhali, Pakhiralay, Jharkhali etc.
It is an approximately 3 hour drive from Kolkata to Godkhali via Basanti highway from Science City Kolkata.
One can also travel by train from Sealdah to Canning and thereafter local conveyance to Godkhali.
Seeking happiness in islands : By this Christmas I decided to enjoy my safe tour trip in and around the biggest delta area Sunderban. As it spreads between India and Bangladesh.
Basically the Sundarban tour gets conducted between the islands formed by several rivers. The main rivers are Matla, Vidyadhari
and Gosaba.

Papanasham Beach : Varkala is a town in southern part of God's own country - Kerala. The beauty of the land is honoured by the number of tourists, it hosts every year. It has a beach called Varkala beach but the natives call it ' Papanasham ' beach" ( because of its holy water that destroys ones sins. ' Papam ' means 'sins' 'nasham' means 'destroy'. So, together they mean destroy of sins ).

The beach beholds a cliff as a crown to the sea which is the only cliff found in Kerala .The
cliff is adorned with palm trees . This scene rekindles ones soul and mind with its beauty at time of sunset and sunrise.
An ayurveda centre is there nearby the cliff , which provides all sorts of ayurvedic facilities. Shops owned by the natives all the way from cliff to beach provide variety of Kerala style food, ornaments, accessories, handicraft items . The beach all the time gives a vibe of positivity with liveliness making it one of the place that each one years to come again and again.

कहीं है ,यहीं कहीं है यहीं कहीं है । डल गेट से प्रवेश
करते ही हमे शिकारें दिखने लगते है। शाम के वक़्त उन शिकारों में बल्ब भी रौशन हो जाते है। आप डल गेट से शालीमार निशात वाग तक बढ़ते जाए कश्मीर की बेमिसाल खूबसूरती से आपका सामना होगा। पटरी पर दौड़ती जिंदगी से भी आप रूबरू होंगे। आपको ऐसा लगेगा कि आप खुशकिस्मत है कि इस जहां में है।
यकीन माने परी महल तथा शंकराचार्य मंदिर से तो पूरी कश्मीर घाटी गर्मियों पूरे शवाब में ही दिखती है।
सबेरे सबेरे शंकराचार्य मंदिर से भजन और मस्जिदों से आती अजान इस बात कि तस्दीक़ करती है कि घाटी में अमन चैन का माहौल क़ायम हो गया है।
बल खाती सर्पीली झेलम , दूर दिखते चार चिनार के पेड़ ,कटोरे जैसी पहाड़ों के बीच में ठहरी डल झील,इस झील के किनारे में लगे हाउस बोट की कतारें ,नेहरू गार्डन ,चश्माशाही ,हज़रत बल दरगाह ,शालीमार -निशात सही में गर्मियों में तो श्रीनगर जन्नत ही होती है।
लेकिन सर्दियों में तो यहां के रहने वाले गर्मी की चाहत में यहां से दूर कहीं चले जाना चाहते है। हालांकि मैदानी इलाके से सर्दी पसंद पर्यटकों की तादाद भी कश्मीर की घाटियों में होती है। लेकिन नए साल की लगातार की बर्फ़बारी से श्रीनगर के हालात ख़राब होते गए ,मौसम का मिज़ाज बद से बदतर होता चला गया । रुई के फाहें जैसी बर्फ़ इतनी गिरती रही कि सफ़ेद चादर से ढ़की कभी गर्मियों में जन्नत रहीं श्रीनगर में दुश्वारियां इतनी हो गयी कि जीने के लिए आम अवाम को जीने की ख़ातिर काफ़ी जद्दोजेहद करनी पड़ी ।
हालांकि ऐसे हालात में भी डल झील की सतह पर लडकें क्रिकेट खेलते नज़र आए। और लगा कि जीने के लिए साँस अभी बाक़ी है। झील कब की सर्द होकर जम गयी थी । ऐसा पहली बार नहीं हुआ था लेकिन इस बार कई सालों की सर्दी और बर्फ़बारी का रिकॉर्ड टूट गया था ।
अमीर,खुशहाल पर्यटकों के लिए तो यहां कुछ दिन रहने मात्र के लिए खुशगवार का मौसम जरूर है लेकिन यहां के रहने वालों से पूछे तो वे कहेंगे ,...' कुछ नहीं ,ज़नाब ... मुसीबत है मुसीबत ..ना जाने कब गर्मी होगी ,न जाने कब सूरज रौशन होगा .... ?
कश्मीर में शिकारे चलाने और बोट हाउस में रहने वालों की परेशानियां इस कदर बढ़ी थी इस सर्द होती जिंदगी में यह सोच उनकी जेहन में घर कर गयी कि सांसों की आवाजाही क्यूँ कर हो। कैसे इस बर्फ़ की क़हर से निज़ात पा सके। रहने वाले हिलाल गुरु ने एक छोटी सी फ़िल्म भेजी है जिसमें हम केवल उनकी परेशानियों का एहसास कर सकते है।

नैनीताल / डॉ मधुप रमण मुझे याद है हाई कोर्ट के रास्ते पोनी स्टैंड तक़ पैदल ही चले गए थे। लैंड्स एन्ड तक़ पैदल ही चलने की सोची थी। रास्ते में आगे बढ़ते ही कोई मिल गया का शूटिंग लोकेशन भी याद आ गया। निर्माता निर्देशक राकेश रोशन ने नैनीताल के बैक ग्राउंड में कुछेक दृश्यों की शूटिंग कर कनाडा की खूबसूरत वादियों को अपने कैमरे में क़ैद किया था। जिसमें मल्लीताल लेक व्यू ,सेंट जोन्स स्कूल ,राजभवन तथा लैंड एन्ड के रास्ते में आने वाले ब्रिटिश कालीन इमारतों को उन्होंने ख़ूबसूरती से फ़िल्माया था। सर्वाधिक शूट्स सेंट जोन्स स्कूल में किये गए थे।
टिकारी राज का किला वैभवशाली व स्वर्णिम इतिहास कालचक्र में विस्मृत होता नजर आ रहा है।

खुरपा ताल : घोड़े के नाल के आकार की बनी झील लैंडस एन्ड से भी दिखती है। चारों ओर पहाड़ियों से घिरी घोड़ों के खुर जैसी दिखने वाली ताल तक आप ट्रेकिंग कर भी जा सकते हैं।
लैंड्स एन्ड : नैनीताल की दिलक़श जग़ह है। यहाँ से वादियों का अद्भुत सौंदर्य दिखता है। बारह पत्थर से कुछ दूर आगे चलते हुए आप को एक समतल जग़ह मिलेगी जहां जमीन ख़त्म होती प्रतीत होगी। यहां से भी खुरपा ताल दिखता है बादलों के झुण्ड अक्सर यहाँ नीचे घाटियों में डेरा जमाए रहते हैं। पहाड़ों से उतरती रोशनी की छाया प्रति छाया में शौकिया फोटोग्राफर के लिए लैंडस एन्ड एक पसंदीदा पड़ाव हैं। बारह पत्थर में आपको घोड़े वाले भी मिल जायेंगे ,लेकिन चहलक़दमी का लुफ्त ही कुछ अलग़ है। यही हमारी मुलाक़ात अमित से हुई थी जो एक शौकिया फोटोग्राफर है उनकी एक छोटी दूकान भी है। फोटोग्राफी से लगाव रखने वाले उनसे अपनी स्मृति बतौर खिचवाई फ़ोटो रख सकते है। आज भी अमित हमसे जुड़े हुए हैं।
डोर्थी सीट : लैंड्स एन्ड में थोड़े समय व्यतीत करने के पश्चात हम डोर्थी सीट के लिए पैदल ही बढ़ गए जबकि हमारे साथ के लोग घोड़े पर थे। मुझे १९९८ वर्ष की एक रोचक बातचीत याद आ गयी जब हम पहली दफ़ा नैनीताल आये थे। नीचे से उपर चढ़ाई के लिए चढ़ते हुए ही हमारे साथ कुछ स्थानीय भी हो लिए थे। कुछ दूर चलने के बाद ही उन्होंने मेरा ध्यान आकृष्ट किया ,' सर ,झील दिख रही है ? '
मैने कहा ,'...हा ...दिख रही है .एकदम पास में ही तो है '
क्या आप झील में पत्थर फेंक सकते है ..? उसने पूछा तो मैंने कहा ...' हां .. क्यों नहीं ..झील में पत्थर तो पहुंचा ही सकता हूं।'
' कोशिश कर के देख लीजिए ..'
मैने एक छोटा सा पत्थर उठा कर बड़ी वेग से झील की तरफ़ फेंका ..लेकिन वह झील में न गिरकर न जाने कहाँ हवा में गोल गोल घूमता हुआ गुम हो गया। एकाध बार मैंने कोशिश और भी की लेकिन नाकामयाब रहा ।
तब न जाने वे साथ चलते हुए गुरु बन कर मुझे विज्ञान की बातें समझाते रहे। तब हम लोग डोर्थी सीट के लिए ही जा रहे थे ना ? अयारपाटा के जंगल से ऊपर हमलोग जब टिफ़िन टॉप पर पहुंचे थे तब हमें वहां से नैनीताल का ३६० डिग्री तक़ देखने का व्यू मिला था। पहली दफ़ा पूरे शहर को देखना कितना अच्छा लगा था।

तथापि यह गया के स्वर्णिम और गौरवशाली अतीत की आज भी याद दिला देता है। टिकारी राज का किला टिकारी गया जिला मुख्यालय से करीब ३० किलोमीटर पश्चिम में टिकारी अनुमंडल में स्थित है।
इसके अन्तिम राजा कैप्टन गोपालशरण सिंह जो अंग्रेज शासन काल में अपनी बहादुरी और विपरीत दिशा में ६० किलो मीटर प्रति घंटा की रफ्तार से कार चलाने के लिए प्रसिद्ध थे ,यद्यपि इतिहास के पन्नों में तो दफन हो चूके हैं, लेकिन खंडहर में तब्दील होने के बावजूद टिकारी राज आज भी अपनी प्राचीनतम भव्यता का अहसास हर किसी को कराता है। ५२ आंगन का यह किला बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण था। कहा जाता है कि टिकारी किला भूमिगत सुरंग के माध्यम से टिकारी पंचानपुर मार्ग पर स्थित रामेश्वर बाग से जुड़ा हुआ है। सात आना परिसर में बने स्नानागार में रानी स्नान करती थी।

दर्शनीय स्थान : वास्तु शिल्प के लिए भी टिकारी किला विख्यात था। टिकारी किला का सुरंग, मुख्य प्रवेश द्वार का भग्नावशेष, कोष स्थल, बारूदखाना, तालाब, बावन आंगन, सतघरवा, इच्छा दायिनी कुआं, सुरक्षात्मक खाइयाँ, तिलस्म कुआँ, दरवाजा, भूमिगत रास्ता आज भी लोगों को आकर्षित करता है।
स्मृत हो जाता है जब देश के महान राजनीतिक पुरुष पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटलविहारी वाजपेयी ने वर्ष १९७७ में टिकारी किला परिसर स्थित नौ आना सीढ़ीनुमा मुख्य द्वार पर उपस्थित हो कर बहुत ही शालीनता जनसंघ की विचारधाराओं पर सारगर्भित भाषण दिए था ।
