Subject : An Application for doing the needful in the PF Account settlement and issuance of the relieving letter after retirement.

Sir , With humble request and for your consideration I have to state that I have completed my service in DAV institution since 1999 to 2025 successfully and been relieved from services  on 31st of January 2025 after getting retirement.I assume that all PF settlements have been done so far in favour of me  as soon as possible. 

I, therefore, request you to go for my PF settlement after my retirement and issuance of a relieving letter in this regard.For this there requires the needful endeavour from your side making me oblige to you for you.
