Subject : An Application of urgent need of the Salary Statement for the Financial Year 2023 - 2024 for knowing the exact and accurate status of Credited Gross Salary, as per prevailing DA, PF, Any thing more and Deducted Professional Tax. 

Sir : With due respect and humble submission I would like to say that It has been a glorious tradition of this DAV Public School PG Campus Bihar Sharif since beginning  providing the Salary Statement at the end of the Financial Year Session in term of filing ITR correctly.
And I pray to continue the same highly commendable system of the school. Even our sister  concerned DAV Public Schools provide the Salary Statement in this reference too. 
As I have been provided Form No 16 Part A & Part B that doesn't reflect the right and accurate Professional Tax Deduction 80C, and  NPS. In spite of given information tax  has been deducted at the rate of  the new regime in which no professional tax has been shown or any thing which we require in another term.  
Even I have some doubts too. 
Similarly for the purpose of Financial Year 23 - 24 Assessment Year 24 -25 ITR I need my salary statement to know how much exact amount has been credited as my Gross Salary in my account. And how much amount of PF has been credited for me under 80c.And in what amount of Professional Tax has been deducted.
I, therefore request you to provide me the Salary Statement as I need the essential information for filling ITR correctly and make me oblige to you forever for this essential need by saving me not being the defaulter in filling ITR at the right time.

With these observations on the ground reality.

Sir : With humble submission I would like to say that I have been asked to give explanation 
of the Result Analysis of Academic Session 2023 - 2024 in reference to DAV/PGC/BSF /NLD / P.file /2024 -2025/175 Dated : 22. 06.2024. As I was observing and discussing the whole in this regards with my subject experts and resource persons sincerely for positive and effective solutions .Mean time again the reminder explanation has been issued to me DAV / PGC/ BSF/NLD/P.File/ 2024-25/ 221 Dated : 08 / 07/ 2024. 
As in the early explanation ultimate date was not mentioned to submit the answer within the stipulated time  so I kept discussing sincerely and seeking for the effective solutions with the subject experts. 
Mean time the second note of explanation was handed over to me.     
Prima facie it seems that the content  has been written in such a vague way that I could not write the answer for which classes. As result was with us and QPI was good so I could not establish myself for which class QPI I am answerable for.   
Simply the first one explanation  begins with the sentence as. 
The  performance of your students in your subject ( Social Studies ) is not satisfactory. You are hereby asked to reply why it so happened. What extra measures must be taken for upgrading the score rate of the marks as per the standard of students. Responsibility must be imparted by each stakeholder..... with  anticipation of positive reply.
With the anticipation of our positive reply I would like to quote the example of Mahabharat  a devoted Guru like Dronacharya as a sincere teacher imparts his teachings at his best. But the receiver end is different in potential. Resultedly someone becomes Arjuna and someone becomes Duryodhana.
In my taught classes our student's performance in X. E Social Science whose Qualitative Performance Index is 86.62 in Session 23 - 24 as per the  information provided to us by the School Examination Cell itself. I do hope it is quite good QPI. 
On the other hand I was given the another one a poor performer class XB  where I did my best however QPI is 75.43 seems to be good in comparison to other two prime subjects Maths & Science.
If we witness that you as a Chair Person of this school applauded us in a common staff meeting a lot for the outstanding result of the Xth Board S.St. Results. You yourself is the witness ..
Now I come for the Section  IX E in which I used to teach History & Civics that retains 85.33 that is quite satisfactory.
The Next Section IX A which I taught there students have been a poor performer however with our continuous and extra effort they could score 67.76 QPI  about 68 % that may be considered satisfactory, Sir.
Similarly the Class 8 Section A & C students scored 68.26 and 67.43 respectively again as per my opinion  these QPIs may be considered, Sir. Or with your humble guidance you suggest me does the 67 % QPI come under the unsatisfactory section ?   
So in a nutshell we can assume that the colored sentence  ' Performance of your students in your subject (Social Studies) is not satisfactory.' is beyond analysis and not justified in my case as per the index norms of QPI.
However ,Sir you ask about the suggestive measures these are as follow in my observations  
a. A chairperson should be always positive,supportive to the teaching faculty in term of any conditions exclusively related to the self dignity and respect of the Gurus.  
b. Always proper positive motivation,respect of the subject teacher to be promoted by the team leader or the chairperson not in an adverse mode.
c. A congenial, fearless innovative and free ideas based environment in the school campus to be provided to a teacher to impart the best education. I feel that is lacking somewhat here.
d. Strict guidelines and parameters for taking admission of quality based good students. It should not be so that the entry test less scoring students should be enrolled.
e. Poor performing students should  be kept under stern discipline,regular practice and warning of the Chairperson.
f. By every year filtration of such poor performer students are must. 
g.If necessary remedial classes should  be arranged for the poor performers.
h.Regular practices in oral and written form to be taken for the poor performers. 
I, therefore request you to go through these findings had by me. Altogether the whole system is responsible for the upgradation of the students and we all should come forward for these solutions.

Not being a teacher of  Science Physical Stock Verification of the Chemistry Lab has been always a challenging task. And it is highly suggested for the kind consideration of the Chair Person : At least in the Stock Verifier's Group there should be a Science Teacher for the utmost and ultimate verification of the Science Lab in our joint opinion.
