DAV organising Veer Gatha Project to honour the sacrifices of the freedom fighter.  

ENR / Biharsharif. To honour the sacrifices of freedom fighters in the struggle of independence in colonial India and the gallantry of armed forces and the civilians of India the government of India has introduced Veer Gatha Project through out the nation. In this regard the Central Board of Secondary Education has initiated Veer Gatha Project in the CBSE affiliated schools and the schools owned by them state governments.
The Veer Gatha project is a way to honour and remember the Gallantry Award winners. It was launched on the occasion of the Amrit mahotsav .The motive of the Veer Gatha initiative is to spread awareness about the Gallantry Award winners among school going students.
Gallantry awards have been instituted by the government of India to honour the acts of bravery and sacrifices of the officers personals of the armed forces other lawfully constituted forces and civilians

DAV PG Campus Organising the Veer Gatha Project in its campus.

DAV Public School, Power Grid Campus, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda organised different activities like painting, poem and paragraph writing etc. in the school campus for the students of different level in the CCA periods on Saturday ( 20 November, 2021). 
A large number of students greatly participated in the Veer Gatha project with their own interest .Prakriti Shah from Dayanand stood first in drawing and painting segment Sakshi Ranjan stood for 2nd position, Shambhavi Prakash, Kumari Sonakshi received 3rd and 4th position.
In content based category Adeeba Siddiqui of V A Admission number 7920 secured first rank while Palak Arya of VA, Rose Cottage, Adm. number 8013 stood second and Ayesha Siddiqui of class three B, Lotus Cottage, Adm number 7919 stood third.
On the other hand, in Drawing and Painting section Ashi Rani, class four B, Peacock Cottage stood first while Amna of four B, Adm number 7710, Rose Cottage stood second and Aradhya Raj of five B, Adm number 9055 stood third.
A panel of judges was nominated which selected the entries and awarded them rank on the basis of their performance. Students were divided in different groups as per their classes.
