Note : This is only being shared with you for collecting information and make you aware of necessary information. However only those information will be uploaded or forwarded for further registration that had been filled by candidate, parents or guardian at the time of taking admission. 
Students have to keep these pieces of necessary information remembered when they had filled their farm at the time of admission. What did they require information is given below at the time of Registration.
There will be no change in the name of Candidate until and unless you follow the legal and constitutional laws.

 Documents required to be submitted to the School.
    1. Transfer Certificate. 
    Note .Students who take admission in class  LKG, UKG, Class 1 in  Dav PGC admitted students need not require to submit Report Card.
    S.P. Arya Dav Students need to submit their TC too in PGC Dav Biharsharif.
    TC is to be submitted in Original form.
    2. Birth Certificate  of Municipality. Photocopy to be submitted in the office.
    Note : Take care of deciding DOB Age factor. You should be 15 plus at the time of exams of Class X. If it is not so you may face problems.
    It means your Date of Birth should be around 20052006, and 2007 April onwards.
    The Registration of genuine Death and Birth certificate is accepted in that case if it is issued just after the within the 21 days.  
    3. Report Card. 
    a. It is of that passed class on which basis  took the admission in the next class in the DAV Public School. PGC Biharsharif.
    Suppose you r taking admission at Class 9 in Dav PGC, Biharsharif then he has to produce the Report Card of passing Class 8
    b. LKG,UKG ,Class 1 Admitted students in Dav PGC Biharsharif need not require to submit Report Card.
    c. S. P. Arya students and students passing from different Dav Public Schools also require to submit their Report Card to Dav Public School, P.G.C. Dav, Biharsharif indeed.
    4.  Medical Certificate. fitness certificate.to be submitted in the office.
    That fitness certificate can be provided  by any M.B.B.S. Doctor working or practicing who examines you.
    5.  Aadhar Number. Photocopy to be submitted in the office. 
    6.  Caste Certificate in the case of SC,ST,OBC. Photocopy to be submitted in the office. 
    7.  Three Black & White Passport Size Photos : Latest Photographs should be needed latest by of 6 months.
    Below of the passport size photo Name of the Student and Date of Photography should be mentioned.

Any Changes Required in Name, Title and Correction. Section E.

As per the Governmental process It is a very complicated process to keep any changes in the names or correction in any spelling mistakes. These are the legal processes suggested for you. Follow these steps and be hassle-free. 
Step 1 : Concern any advocate for drafting an Affidavit. Parent will apply for their minor or Major will apply for himself.
Step 2 : With taking the affidavit  you have to go to SDO ( Sub divisional Officer ) Court.  Usually SDO  acts as  the First Class Magistrate in his SDO Court in the subdivision. He has been given power to correct the name or any spelling mistakes. 
Or there is an appointment of an Executive Magistrate too he is certain for this kind of work.
Biharsharif  has also a SDO Court remains as it is a subdivision of the Nalanda District stays at  Amber Mohalla  in Biharsharif. 
Step 3 : Submit this data with supporting documents as Aadhar etc. It usually takes 2 to 3 days in the SDO Court.
Step 4 : If the correction is being done before the Matriculation then it is not needed for publication in any news paper. If it is needed after matriculation and graduation certificate formation then the Applicant need publish that information in the running news paper.
